Principals oversee all elements of their campus, manage the lead team and a small portfolio of teachers, and lead campus professional development.
Principals-in-Residence work alongside mentor principals managing teachers and campus operations, preparing to lead an 琉璃神社 campus in 1-3 years.
Assistant Principals of Instruction manage a large portfolio of campus teachers and help lead professional development.
Assistant Principal of Operations manage campus operations and logistics, as well as a team of auxiliary staff members.
Directors of College Counseling manage the college process for students at the high school level, and manage college counselors.
College Counselors guide a portfolio of juniors and seniors on the Road to College.
Licensed Academic Counselors manage testing, accountability, and student culture and retention.
It depends on the role 鈥� but previous teaching experience is always highly preferred, and required for any roles involving the management of teachers or instruction.
For certain roles, yes.
Assistant Principals of Instruction and PIRs manage teachers. Principals manage the campus lead team, as well as a few teachers. APOs manage the majority of the campus operations team.
